Dainty Little Gems by Gorjana
Boy am I ready for some sunshine here in Seattle. It's been two straight weeks of rain and it's killing me! Normally I wouldn't be this bothered, but spring fever has hit me hard! I can't wait for the longer days to arrive, bringing the chirping of birds and the scent of fresh-cut grass. Around this time of year always get really sick of my winter clothes and start wishing I could break out my white pants and spring dresses. Alas, it's still too soon for that! It's then that I turn to accessories as a way to punch up my outfits. They give me new life!
Gorjana is a jewelry brand that i've always admired. I bought a ring from them several years ago and it's still one of my favorite pieces to wear. It's withstood the test of time not only in quality but in design. I was so excited when they sent me a few pieces to style!
I adore the Amara collection. I received the ring set and two necklaces in this style. The baguette-cut details give each piece that touch of modern elegance I love so much. The rings come in a set of three, each with a different amount of gemstones, making them perfect for layering on a single finger or placing one on each. If it's a clean and simple look I'm after, I'll just wear one. They're 18k gold-plated brass, which means I can wear them without having to worry too much about wear.
I'm obsessed with layering simple necklaces. Especially when they're gold and sparkly. The Amara necklaces fit the bill perfectly, and are a match made in heaven! I can't say which one I like better, they're both so unique! One is a scattering of sparkling cubic zirconia, while the other is a streamlined row of shine. Contrast is key, people! They're both adjustable too, which makes it nice when you want to wear one alone, as I often do.
Spice up your winter wardrobe with a healthy dose of sparkle and shine by Gorjana! Go ahead, treat yourself! It's worth the splurge for a timeless piece that will last, and I can guarantee there will be compliments aplenty. Thanks again for these beautiful gems, Gorjana!
